Time for reflection

These past months have been unusual in so many ways, in dealing with impossibilities and finding possibilities of making music be heard again. Therefore, following our Time for reduction campaign, we have come up with a newly curated list of UE works which we have summed up under the title Time for reflection. For this, we have picked out a selection of contemporary pieces which are not only written for a smaller instrumentation, responding to the new requirements in concert halls, but which also in a way reflect the current mood and situation we're all facing in these challenging times of social distancing. We would like to invite you to present works to an audience which for example use the performance space, which require an unusual positioning of instruments, which deal with the feeling of isolation and but also with togetherness, and which give solace and hope.
