Alban Berg’s opera receives its première in Santiago de Chile on August 22.
On 3 December Willy Decker presents his production of Alban Berg’s Lulu at the Wiener Staatsoper, which includes the third act as completed by Friedrich Cerha. Ingo Metzmacher conducts with Agneta Eichenholz in the lead role.
Arabella Steinbacher will be playing Alban Berg’s Violin Concerto together with Manfred Honeck and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra at the Symphony Center in Chicago on 9 and 11 November.
