Pablo Izurieta received lessons in his native Quito from local piano instructor Marcela de Iglesias. He later studied under renowned pianist Anton Salnikov. Though he began improvising original melodies since childhood, composition came later in life. He is now based out of Philadelphia, United States, where he works on music for the piano.
