Work introduction
In a unique timbral combination, the work addresses one of the well-known poems written by Federico García Lorca - De profundis. The instrumental part is intended to be a harmonic amplification of the soloist's voice, bringing an air of timbral novelty. Los cien enamorados contains elements of instrumental theater, which amplify the dramatic aspect of the poem. The work is dedicated to Martin Wistinghausen, who performed the work for the first time in Berlin in March 2021, during the Unerhörte Musik concert series.
