2. Sopran (Revedere)

Revedere was dedicated to the Manoleanu family: Bianca, Stanca and Remus Manoleanu; it is based on a well-known poem that was written by Mihai Eminescu. Revedere was presented to the public for the first time by the Manoleanu family in a concert held at the Banatul Philharmonic in Timisoara, on April 23, 2019.

The special sound specific to traditional music is tried to be recreated throughout the piece by using the prepared piano, to suggest sonorities that are close to the timbre of the cimbalom. The music follows the structure of Eminescu's verse, favoring both philosophical meditation and an extroverted musical discourse.
