Neige éternelle

Neige éternelle is a series of five pieces for solo violoncello. 

This work emerged after Gemæltan, a cello concerto written for Sæunn Þorsteinsdóttir. 

Each piece is an imagined phase in the formation of a glacier.

Neige éternelle has been performed by Sæunn Þorsteinsdóttir in Iceland and USA.

The five pieces will be recorded this summer at Sunlaugin Studio in Iceland.
