Description
Timisoara echos, a work written in the year the city was European Capital of Culture, contains programmatic elements: the slow rippling of the Bega river, the cathedral bells and the urban bustle of Alba Iulia street. At the end of the work, the pianist's acting talent is put to the test: he recites a short fragment of the poem "Al mai tare om din lume " by Victor Vlad Delamarina, in the local dialect of Banat.
The work is dedicated to the pianist Sorin Petrescu.
