Violoncello (Five Miniatures)

The Five Miniatures were written for bassoon virtuoso Martin Kuuskmann, influenced by corona-esque restrictions of having to downgrade ensemble sizes. The small pieces can be played with either a string quartet or a larger ensemble. Along goes a synthesizer that plays samples that have been recorded by Annamaria Kowalsky herself, making her a virtual member of the ensemble.
