In 1995, he decided to compose an electro-acoustic Version of Anthèmeswith the electronic material being generated in “real time”. By establishing the musical parameters of the violin detectable by the computer (“score follower”) and experimenting their possible interaction, the piece was progressively re-written to varying degrees in order to take advantage of the musical possibilities offered by the electronics: modifying/extending the structure of the sound of the violin and of the families of the musical writing, and creating a spatial element which enables the musical material to be projected in any position in space.
