Work introduction
The arrangement of the " 3 Sonetti del Petrarca " for high voice ( F.Liszt) for String Orchestra was commissioned by the Budapester String Orchestra Franz Liszt with the Soprano Georgina von Benza in 2018 and performed in Riga ,Tallin,St.Petersburg , Moscow and in Vilnius.
The Idea was to enable these wonderful songs to be presented by dramatic opera voices in a concert Hall, with stronger orchestral support.Consequently, famous opera singer with more power also can bring out the intimacy of the songs. For concert organisers this will be possible in larger concert Halls.The arrangement for string orchestra and voice, so this gap should be filled.The orchestral arrangement is a constandly change of Tutti and Solo parts and sections presents a couple of technical refinements.
