Work introduction
Garden of Silence was written for Linnéa Sundfær Casserly from Norway. The addition of the voice in an instrumental work was possible due to the versatile training of Linnéa, who is also a professional singer. Dominant throughout the piece are the musical gestures that are slowly disappearing, the background of silence being the main factor pursued.
