Work introduction
Hava Nagila, literally meaning ‘Let us rejoice’, is an
all-time Klezmer classic that has even been used by
numerous pop groups. I took it and mixed it up – again
with Bulgarian music by arranging it in 7/8 and adding
some unusual harmonic turns.
