Work introduction
Montague + Capulets is an honest homage to Vincenzo Bellini: a summary of "Capuleti e Montecchi", but at the same time a new interpretation using original materials following quite completely sources, but working with interpolation methods, such as in a puzzle where some pieces are used and related each other using oil paints or watercolors to to recreate the same image in a new, different version.
The used harmonic codes are either sometimes similar, very different inother situations ranging to the octatonic degree, in a game of apparent emulation that leads inadvertently to travel along paths very far away the starting point: this also thanks to the use of more or less clear quotations of fragments by Bellini and not
