Work introduction
Inspired by Ray Bradbury’s "Fahrenheit 451", this virtuosic work was composed for Timofei Dokshitzer and Vitaly Buyanovsky, with whom the author premiered and several times performed it.
Composed in 1979, it is the first concerto that uses this combination of instruments as soloists (French Horn, Trumpet and Piano).
The work is written in one movement.
