They are a series of short compositions for solo cello, in free form, poems in sound.

Acoustic visions - brief and sudden - imprisoned in a place (the event horizon / the mind? /) - where nothing can come out but from which the rest of the universe can still be glimpsed.

The image is that of a man / a poet / who goes beyond the event horizon. He will continue to see everything that is outside the event horizon, but no one will be able to observe him anymore and his thoughts and visions will be the only things that will accompany him during his interminable (so he will perceive) free fall towards a point at which the curvature of spacetime tends to infinity.

Everything that goes beyond the event horizon will no longer be able to escape - including light - therefore it will be impossible to observe the inside.

There is no pre-established harmonic field or system that controls sound parameters.

I chose the frequencies and the breath of time starting from the physics of the instrument. I simply describe its sound, how it propagates, how it acts.

Poetry is at the center of this work.
