Work introduction
"brown sugar" is taken from the last volume of DIRK BLEESE's "jazz piano 1-5".
Each arrangement consists of an introduction, a theme section and a notated improvisation. "jazz piano 1-5" are based on ten compositions arranged in five volumes according to the musical and piano technical requirements.
They offer performance pieces for all ages and levels of difficulty from 1st student concerts to competition or exam entries, as well as ideas and instructions for improvisation, teaching and demonstration material for challenging jazz piano lessons.
