Spanish percussion soloist and composer David Moliner is leading an 8-month long composition mentorship program and is seeking participants with a passion for drums and percussion!

The initiative offers a transformative experience for composers who want to foster connections in the global music community. A primary objective is to elevate the marimba as a concertante instrument by creating six new premieres that will enrich the marimba repertoire and prominence. Moliner seeks to promote and globally highlight the selected composers' exceptional works, culminating in a concert at Philharmonie Berlin in May 2024.
